Yummy Mummies Mums N Bubs Fitness Program is Finally here!!! An exercise session where you can bring your bubs and children along to join in the fun. Regain your confidence and your pre baby body back alongside a group of friendly mums. You can incorporate your little ones into the various exercises, or let them enjoy the safe outdoor location. The program is designed to burn fat, build lean muscle, strengthen your core muscles, increase energy, tone re shape your body and is varied based on individual needs, ensuring mums of all fitness backgrounds achieve a great workout. Its a activity that focus on you but is fun for the kids to interact with other kids in the park also. A friendly stress free environment where you can start and stop activities where necessary. Leave all seriousness behind, be a little playful and make friends along the way.
Sessions Run at Wooloowin Dalkeith Park 98 Kent Road @10am and run for 45 minutes.No session will be the same and will vary between core strengthening,intervals, strength training, stretches, boxing etc. Their is a coffee shop across the road so we can all grab a coffee after the workout
