1. Jump forward with your feet together and a slight bend in the knees. 2.Quickly jump backwards, landing softly with the core ENGAGED. Jump forward and back four times. 3. Jump to the right , keeping the soft bend in the knees and core ENGAGED for blance 4.Quickly jump to the left and then back to the right . Jump side to side a total of four times. Move as fast as possible to keep the heart rate up.
