Conquered True GRIT today!!Had to over come all my fears rolled into one event ,heights, cold water and claustrophobia but with Dave by my side no obstacle was going to be avoided.A course 12km long full of miltary based obstacles - from rope climbing, walls to be jumped over, fire pits, farmers walks with sandbags, jerry cans, monkey bars, mud baths, dive boards, pipes to crawl through, nets and wires to climb under, rings to swings off and thats just to name a few.Some obstacles although I tried weren’t conquered but next time I’ll smash them as new fitness goals have been set to conquer weakness. Just remember if it doesn’t challenge you it won’t change you. Test your limits, push yourself out of your comfort zone no matter what it is be it public speaking,fitness goals, new hobbies no matter what it is give it a go!
