Fitness Struggles as a new mum


    As a new mom you face certain inevitable truths: You will no longer sleep for eight uninterrupted hours. Some nights your lucky to get 4 hours of solid sleep.Today was one of those days,where my daily schedule lied in limbo.

    Worried about wasting what little energy I have left in the gym,but it's on days like this you need to put on your gym clothes, lace your trainers and do whatever exercise you can for at least 30 minutes.

    In fact, expending energy actually gives you energy. Studies have shown that regular, moderate exercise (like a 30-minute power walk) fights fatigue and releases feel-good endorphins.

    Plus, when you're fit, your body works more efficiently, so everything you do will feel easier and you'll be better able to get through your day without hitting a wall of exhaustion.


So stay motivated mums push through the tiredness and stay active.It certainly will help in the long run 😊.
