The squat pedal - combines squat jumps and Lunge jumps.
How to ?
1. stand tall with your feet shoulder width apart and your toes pointing forward. Inhale as you bend at the knee and lower into a squat position 2. Engage your core abd exhale as you jump. Jump with enough force to propel both feet from the floor . while in the air switch the legs and perform a jump lunge. 3. Land with the left foot out in front and sink into a lunge position 4. From the lunge position jump up again with enough force to propel both feet from the floor 5. Land back in a squat position repeat this time using the other leg.
Caution - if the jumping is causing any pain please do a squat and reverse lunge..
