Level 3 1. Stand Tall with your feet hip width apart and toes pointing forward 2.With your weight in your heels inhale as you bend at the hips and knees, lowering into a squat. try to bring you tights parallel to the floor. 3. Make a small jump and open your feet LATERALLy, landing with your feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart. REPEAT , staying as low as possible in your swuat position and jumping in an oUt.
