Quick Buggy Routine
A quick routine you can do with your baby anywhere!! Keep it simple with a baby your time is precious and it can be hard to find time for your yourself that's why I created this workout.Its easy to fit into my daily routine with Cian!!
Routine --- 1. Jumping Side to side (try bring your legs and tucked into your bum with each hum) x20 2. Plank holds -20secs 3.Mt Climbers x20 4. Floor Tuck Jumps x20 4. Dips x15 Repeat 3-4 times rest after each round 30 secs!!With each round give it your all!
